" Your spin class oh my where do I start... Very motivating and it pushes the individual to their physical limit. It comprises strength and card as you use both lowr and upper body at the same time, with the moves you incorporate into the session. It encourages the individual to concentrate and elevate their breathing technique to be able to powerhouse the body to finish off the session. Each session is unique as you implement different kind of music to spice things up, and above all the endorphins are through the rood and I personally walk out of your sessions with my mouth touching one end of my ear to the other."

You know how to create playlists that support the profile, appeal to the class timeslot, and most importantly, motivates your riders. You immediately became my favourtie instructor and I tried to take as many of your classes as I possibly could.
